6.2  VOYAGER PANEL SETTINGS

The Voyager Panel Settings is the second component in the Editor window. The Voyager Panel Settings shows the current parameter settings of the Voyager’s knobs and switches. This is handy to give a visual reference as to how the selected preset is setup on the Voyager. While most of the knobs on the panel have a red dot to indicate their settings, pointer knobs and switches on the display indicate their actual positions. The yellow LCD displays the name of the currently selected preset. The values (in 8 bit and 16 bit) and the name of the currently parameter being adjusted are displayed on the black screen while adjustment is occurring.

The panel is interactive and will respond to parameter changes made from the Voyager. Moving a knob or switch on the Voyager will immediately update the same control on the display panel.

Note: The Voyager Panel is not display only. You can adjust the display by clicking or dragging any onscreen display control. The display in completely interactive: adjusting to changes made in either Classic or Expert Edit views or by actual physical changes on the Voyager.
