CAKEWALK INSTRUMENT DEFINITION FILES
RSEdit can automatically generate scripts for most popular software sequencers: Cakewalk ® and Cubase ® .
To create Instrument Definition file (.ins) for Cakewalk/Sonar use Patch View window (Under File menu of the main editor's window):

There are two types of scripts created by TritonEditPro depending on an options you select:
"Instrument Definition for RS Tones and Rhythm Banks" contain names of User, Preset, GM1 and 2.

Since there is no way to use category sorting in Cakewalk/Sonar Instrument Definition files, RSEdit creates "INS" only for banks.

Drum Map Instrument Definition for XV Rhythms:
You can create Drum Map Instrument Definition with names of RS Drum Kit keys assigned to notes. This function can be accessed in either Drum Kit edit window.
